Flotsam and Jetsam is a digital only collection of B-sides, remixes and rarities from across Peter Gabriel’s solo career. Over 60 tracks are featured, some of which are either co produced, recorded, or mixed by Peter Walsh.

The collection – arranged chronologically – is split into three eras:

The first, 1976-1985, covers the period from Gabriel going solo to the end of his run of four self-titled solo albums. It features a Live single version of I Don’t Remember, co produced and mixed by Peter Walsh.

The second, 1986-1993, contains music released around the albums So and Us and contains the Peter Walsh remix of I Have the Touch.

The third era is 1994-2016, featuring music from before and after the Up album. It includes PG’s beautiful rendition of Summertime from the Larry Adler Glory of Gershwin album, produced by George Martin. Peter’s lead vocal was recorded and compiled by Peter Walsh in a late-night studio session in Hong Kong on a day off from the Secret World Live Tour in 1993, with assistance from Richard Chappell.
